FLI Precast developed the Attenuation tank that quickly became the most popular storm attenuation solution in the UK & IRL market, so much so that it is commonly referred to as the “Carlow Tank”.

At present FLI Precast produce around 1,000 tonnes per week and we have completed several thousand projects over the last 35 years, sending precast concrete as far as Australia.
At present, we proudly employ over 100 staff both on and off-site.

Our People
At FLI Precast, our staff is the heartbeat of everything we do. Our manufacturing facility is based in Carlow, Ireland employing over 100 people and playing a vital role in the community for over 35 years.
Our team at FLI Precast has designed and manufactured some of the most complex precast tank structures built throughout Ireland and the UK.
Every decision we make is with sustainability front of mind. It is our duty to our staff, our environment, and our local community.
Our Brand

The FLI Group’s origins originate from the Geosynthetics industry, providing engineered landfill lining and mining containment solutions in Ireland, the United Kingdom, throughout Europe, and globally on a project-by-project basis.

This was recognised in 2020 when FLI Global was named “Best Environmental Solutions Partner” Europe.FLI Precast also launched a Work Safe: Home Safe initiative in 2021 with the safety of our workers at the forefront.
FLI Group & Flahavan’s Partnership
Our CEO Michael Flynn approached Flahavan’s on Monday, February 28th to purchase 5 pallets of porridge as a contribution to the humanitarian aid request on behalf of all FLI employees.
Flahavan’s very kindly offered to match our contribution free of charge. 7200Kgs is made up of 4800 1.5kg packs which represent roughly 150,000 meals.
