FLI Precast Solutions was proud to host Quality Week 2026, which took place from Monday 27th April to Friday 1st May 2026.
The purpose of the week was to re-focus the entire business on the importance of quality across all departments, reinforcing our commitment to delivering excellence and ensuring we continue to get it right first time, every time.
The week was officially launched by Tom Dunne, Managing Director, alongside Clare Kelly, Quality & Compliance Manager. Clare spoke to employees about the shared responsibility everyone has when it comes to maintaining quality standards and the importance of working together to achieve the highest possible outcomes for our customers and projects.
Throughout the week, employees across the business participated in daily quality toolbox talks, covering topics relevant to each department and encouraging open discussion around best practice, continuous improvement, and accountability.
To make the week engaging and interactive, a number of Quality Challenges were organised, giving employees an opportunity to put teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills into practice.
Special thanks go to Sharon Holden for organising and coordinating the activities throughout the week.
Challenge Winners:
- Estimation vs Measurement Challenge: Paddy Mythen & Gavin Dooley
- Blindfold Drawing Challenge: James Smithers & James Hickey
- Egg & Ball Challenge: Conrado Quiatchon
Quality Week 2026 was a fantastic success and reinforced the culture of quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement that underpins everything we do at FLI Precast Solutions.
We would like to thank everyone who participated and helped make the week such a valuable and enjoyable experience.
