Wicklow Wastewater Upgrade
FLI Precast played a key role in the upgrade of a wastewater facility in Wicklow, Ireland.

FLI Precast needed to rely on past expertise as this project required a diverse range of upgrading to meet increased capacity demands.

The approach was to work closely with Irish Water and Wicklow County Council, taking a collaborative approach to find a solution.
Solution
The end solution was three projects that were completed over a nine-month period. FLI Precast also worked with several subcontractors to ensure the project was completed to satisfaction.
Project Overview
FLI Precast played a key role in the upgrade of a wastewater facility in Wicklow, Ireland. The three wastewater treatment plants serve the surrounding population of 3000+ people.
FLI had to collaborate with both the client (Irish Water) and operator (Wicklow County Council) to understand the challenges and develop the agreed solution.
All three projects required a diverse range of upgrading, to achieve compliance and meet increased capacity flows. In each site, FLI Water and its subcontractors undertook all electrical, mechanical, automation/control, building, civil engineering work, and any other work necessary for the successful completion, commissioning, and testing of the finalised works.
