FLI Precast Solutions Ltd were contracted to Design, Manufacture and Supply 750×750 and Precast Duct chambers, F900 loading capacity with inserts and covers to our clients requirements. This project further enhanced our works in the airport sector and leveraged our expertise on insert types, cover types and designs to withstand the F900 loadings required.
FLI Precast Solutions Ltd produced over 400 precast concrete chambers, complete with lids and couplers of different diameters and arrays.
The significant advantages of precast/offsite manufacture allowed for:

- Quality and accuracy
- Unaffected by weather and temperature
- Long design life
- Consistency of product
- Integrity of seal around openings due to self-compacting mix
- Less labour on site
- Less transport to site
- Any configuration (sizes of up to 38t as single unit) with tried and tested manufacturing process with hundreds of similar chambers installed in airports and data centres across Europe.
