Background
This was the fifth GAC FLI Precast delivered for the water authority, this project also required an RGF structure. Working alongside the contractor and consultant for around 18 months prior to the construction date we developed a solution and lean programme to suit all stakeholders. Upfront planning plus joined-up thinking meant this was the most efficient build so far for these GAC Structures. reinforcement.

FLI Precast Solutions were a key stakeholder in the project, becoming a supplier that was key to us achieving success in the overall project. The team were professional and friendly from the start. Beginning the construction phase with a lean programme, during construction we found opportunities in FLIs build sequence, between FLI being happy to re-sequence the works and us purchasing additional materials for their use we accelerated their programme and removed weeks from the FLI programme and months from our contract programme.
