Contact Tanks
Our Modular Pre-cast system used to build service reservoir structures can be tailored to suit any volume and footprint.
FLI Precast provides a Semi Precast DfMA solution for the construction of Service Reservoirs and Contact Tanks which is widely regarded as the go-to system for the storage of potable water.
FLI Precast has developed a precast concrete panel, column, beam, and roofing system to rationalise the construction of a Tank and to provide a cost-effective solution for your project. The design life of these structures is typically 100+ years. Our concrete is highly resilient to take account of specific water conditions and meets the DC4 classification.
The added benefit of our system is the reduced embodied carbon owing to the use of GGBS in our concrete mix. Our system comes in depths from 0.6m up to 12m deep and can be configured to suit any size constraints.
Working with us for the concept stage through to construction will ensure you benefit from all the advantages our system brings arriving a the best asset for all stakeholders involved. The efficiency of standardised units and simplicity of installation all fit well into the philosophy of lean programming remove multiple risk factors for a project team.
