Executive Management Team
Tom Dunne
Managing Director of FLI Precast Solutions
Tom Dunne is Managing Director of FLI Precast and was previously the companies Technical Director. Tom has over 20 years of construction experience across all aspects of the construction industry and was previously Managing Director of his own construction firm.
Tom is a Chartered Engineer with a Bachelor’s of Engineering Degree from Queens University Belfast and has worked throughout Ireland, the UK, and the Middle East specialising in off-site manufacture/onsite installation.
John Knowles
Finance Director FLI Precast Solutions
John Knowles has recently joined FLI Precast as Finance Director. John is a Fellow of ACCA and has over 15 years of experience across all aspects of the business. He was previously employed as General Manager for one of the largest privately-owned Water Infrastructure Specialist in the UK.
Prior to this, he was Finance Director for an Irish Group of companies involved in the Design, Build and Operate of water treatment plants for both local authorities and Irish Water.
Michael Flynn
Executive Director of FLI Global, Group CEO and majority shareholder
Michael Flynn is Executive Director of FLI Global, Group CEO, and majority shareholder.
Michael founded the Group in 1989 and has spent most of his working life leading the company from a specialist geosynthetics solutions provider in Ireland, the UK, the continent, and around the world, to the multi-faceted group that FLI is today.
Michael is a strong believer in personal development, team building and knowledge transfer. He has built a strong diversified company and a strong management team.
Trevor Snell
Managing Director of FLI Group and Executive Director of FLI Precast Solutions
Trevor Snell is Managing Director of FLI Group and Executive Director of FLI Precast. Trevor has more than 25 years of experience in business development, tender management, and contract delivery. Trevor has been Managing Director of VertaseFLI for the past 5 years.
As Managing Director, he is responsible for the performance of contaminated land, brownfield, and environmental contracting specialists encompassing remediation, demolition, earthworks, and groundworks.
Brian Flannery
Director for Strategy of FLI Global
Brian Flannery is Director for Strategy of FLI Global and was previously CFO having joined FLI just over 3 years ago.
Brian is an accountant and over the last 30 plus years, he has worked in the UK, Czech Republic, Poland, and Ireland for Siemens, Deloitte, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and KPMG. He has also worked in both HR and finance roles on large projects (e.g. Dublin Airport T2, Poolbeg & Huntstown Power Stations).

At FLI Precast, our staff is the heartbeat of everything we do. Our manufacturing facility is based in Carlow, Ireland employing over 100 people and playing a vital role in the community for over 35 years.
Our team at FLI Precast has designed and manufactured some of the most complex precast tank structures built throughout Ireland and the UK.
